Terms and Conditions

1. This promotion is being run to increase voucher sales for iGolf.

2. Purchase a £20.00 iGolf voucher and receive one free entry to the draw to win our MotoGP Race Bike Simulator​​​.

3. Purchase more than one £20.00 iGolf voucher and receive one free entry to the free draw for each voucher purchased.

4. To be eligible for the free draw you must complete the form on this page and make full payment for at least one £20.00 iGolf voucher.

5. Your name and mobile number must be the same on the form and payment so we can enter you into the free draw and contact you if you win.

6. You must be over 18 years of age to buy a £20.00 iGolf voucher. Your voucher(s) will be held at iGolf.

7. Draw numbers will be allocated as vouchers are sold and payment received in order from 1 to 100 vouchers.

8. The draw will only be made and the MotoGP Race Bike Simulator given away to one lucky person when 100 x £20.00 iGolf vouchers have been sold. 

9. If you purchase a voucher(s) and are not in the first 100 to buy we will refund your purchase.

10. You can only redeem one £20.00 iGolf voucher per iGolf booking that has a minimum booking value of £40.00.

11. A £20.00 iGolf voucher may only be redeemed against an iGolf booking between the hours of 10am and 5pm Monday - Friday.

12. iGolf voucher(s) will expire on the 30/9/22 with no refunds or credits available.

13. We make no guarantee regarding iGolf booking availability up to and including 30/9//22.

14. The free draw is for our MotoGP Race Bike Simulator, TV and PC as above and on our Facebook page. No warranty on any component is included.

15. You will be required to sign a document absolving iGolf and its employees of any further responsibility for the simulator upon collection.

16. iGolf will not be able to assist regarding the removal, relocation or set up of the simulator at other premises.

17. The free draw will be held using the random.org true random number service once all the vouchers are sold.

18. We will provide a list of the names and ticket numbers on our website for reference. Please check you are listed if you have made a purchase.

19. The free draw will be run once with no further discussion or negotiation regarding the result.

20. No cash or other alternative prize is offered. 

21. No one directly employed by iGolf will be eligible to buy a voucher.

22. Any carriage/postage costs must be completely arranged and paid for by the winner of the free draw.

23. The MotoGP Race Bike Simulator must be collected from iGolf within 7 days of the draw result or we will run the draw again to find a new winner.

24. In the event that all 100 vouchers do not sell we may cancel the draw and you may apply for a full refund or keep your voucher.

25. If you buy a voucher and redeem it at iGolf and the free draw is subsequently cancelled you will not receive a refund.
